Robby Yung is a Partner of Animoca Capital and the CEO of Animoca Brands. Mr. Yung has been with Animoca Brands since 2012 and is highly experienced as a veteran TMT entrepreneur/investor. He was previously the Co-founder and CFO of Redgate Media, a venture-backed Chinese television and outdoor media holding company which he sold to Inno-Tech Holdings Limited (HK.8202). Mr. Yung was also Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of One Media Group (HK.426), a Hong Kong-based magazine group which he listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange. Prior to that, he was the Founder and CEO of One Studio, a venture-backed web development company in Hong Kong, and OSMedia, a Chinese television advertising sales company.  

Mr. Yung began his career at Metromedia (AMEX: MMG) building wireless telecom networks in China and Indonesia. He holds a B.A. (Public Policy & East Asian Studies), cum laude, from the University of Chicago and M.A. (International Relations / East Asian Studies) from New York University.​​
